We’re heading to Rise and Shine Pediatric Therapy for a Music + Movement class with pediatric PT Miss Dayle — and it is so much more than your typical mommy & me.

Your toddlers will climb, swing, move, and play in a space designed just for them… while you get to watch them light up (and maybe even relax a little).

And after class, we stay — because the best part is always what happens after. The chatting, the connecting, the “I needed this” moments with your mamas.
