This one's special, mamas. We're doing a postpartum flow class led by Mallory, our amazing mama motivator and fitness instructor who just GETS IT. This isn't about pushing yourself or bouncing back - it's about reconnecting with your body, moving in a way that feels good, and doing it alongside your people. Your minis can join in if they want to (how cute!), or they can chill in the stroller - whatever works for you and your little. No pressure, no judgment, just gentle movement, real connection with yourself and each other, and a chance to remember that taking care of YOU is part of taking care of them.
