Welcome to Mamas & Minis. By accessing our website, joining our community, or enrolling in the Inner Circle program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

About Mamas & Minis

Mamas & Minis South Florida LLC is a mommy matchmaking community based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to the Inner Circle matchmaking program, community events, walks, and partner collaborations.

The Inner Circle Program

By enrolling in the Inner Circle you agree to the following:

The Inner Circle is a 12 week commitment. Payment is collected monthly but your enrollment covers the full 3 month program. By signing up you are committing to the full duration.

Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our concierge matchmaking service, all sales are final once matching has begun. If you need to make changes to your Mommy Matchmaker Quiz responses you must do so within 24 hours of completing the quiz by emailing matchmaking@mamasandminisflorida.com. Changes requested after that window cannot be guaranteed and refunds may not be available as your match directly affects an entire group of mamas.

No Shows and Attendance. The Inner Circle works best when every mama shows up consistently. We ask that you notify your group in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled playdate. Excessive absences without notice are not fair to your group and are taken seriously.

Makeup Dates. We are happy to accommodate one makeup date per round. We are unable to accommodate more than one as it affects the scheduling of other groups.

Group Placement. We do our best to match every mama thoughtfully and intentionally. However we cannot guarantee a perfect match in every circumstance. If you feel your group is not the right fit please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to support you.

Behavior and Community Standards. Mamas & Minis is a safe, supportive, and inclusive community. We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our community values. No refunds will be issued in the case of removal due to conduct.

Events and Walks

Participation in any Mamas & Minis event or walk is voluntary. Mamas & Minis South Florida LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during events. By attending you agree to participate at your own risk.

Commitment Fees. Where applicable event commitment fees are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mamas & Minis.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including copy, graphics, logos, and program names such as Mommy Matchmaker™ and Inner Circle are the property of Mamas & Minis South Florida LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly including your name, email address, phone number, location, and information provided through our Mommy Matchmaker™ Quiz such as your child's age, your schedule, personality, and lifestyle preferences.

We may also collect information automatically when you visit our website including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to match you with other mamas in our Inner Circle program, communicate with you about your membership, events, and updates, improve our services and community experience, and send you marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted partners and service providers who help us operate our business, such as email marketing platforms and payment processors. These partners are required to keep your information confidential.

Within the Inner Circle program your name and general information may be shared with your matched group of mamas in order to facilitate connections.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Mamas & Minis you consent to receive SMS communications related to your membership, events, and program updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@mamasandminisflorida.com. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy
