Since we're meeting at dinner time anyway, it could be a fun spot to head to afterwards if anyone wants to grab food, let the kids eat and play, and actually sit down and connect! Totally optional, but I think it's a great way to turn the witching hour into mama bonding time. Because let's be honest - these crazy dinner hours are SO much better when you're not doing it alone! 💕

While you girls hang out, we have a surprise guest joining us for a bit: Dr. Kallie Atti, a pediatric physical therapist with a doctorate in PT and 12 years of experience working with babies from birth to age three. She's also a mom of three, so she truly gets it. This will be a relaxed Q&A where you can ask anything—tummy time, flat head concerns, developmental milestones, sleep struggles, carriers, feeding, reflux, all of it. A safe space to get real answers and feel supported. Bring your questions, your kids, and your coffee. And there will be plenty of time for you to just enjoy one another's company as well!

Let's get outside! We're starting with a casual walk at Pondhawk—if your little doesn't want to ride in the stroller (because toddlers), bring along a scooter or bike so they can cruise alongside us. If it's too hot or we need a break, we'll head inside to Spanish River Library where there are toys for the little ones and we can just chat in the AC. Then we can catch story time if the timing works out. Fresh air, books, play, and other mamas who get it. Come for the walk, stay for whatever feels right, leave feeling like you actually did something today.
