Social Media & Content Creator
We are looking for a creative, seasoned content creator and social media manager to join our small but mighty team.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has been in the space, understands what it takes to build a brand with intention, and can bring fresh, original ideas to the table without copying what everyone else is doing.
What you'll do:
Create and execute original content across Instagram and other platforms — reels, graphics, stories, and written copy that sounds like a real person, not a brand. Stay ahead of trends and bring proactive ideas for series, campaigns, and creative concepts that feel uniquely Mamas & Minis. Own the brand aesthetic and make sure every piece of content is on brand, elevated, and consistent. Attend events when needed throughout South Florida (Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter area) to capture content and connect with our community. Support with admin and general tasks as needed, no task is too small here.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, this is not your first rodeo. Strong graphic design, and editing skills, and an eye for elevated, polished visuals. Exceptional copywriting, you can write in someone else's voice and make it sound completely natural. A deep understanding of branding, brand consistency, and what it means to operate in the luxury or premium lifestyle space. A creative mind that generates original ideas and series concepts, not someone who scrolls and replicates. Someone who is a mom or deeply understands the humor, the chaos, and the beauty of motherhood… our audience will feel the difference. Reliable, self-directed, and excited to grow with a brand that is just getting started.
The details:
This role is part-time to start with the intention of growing into something more permanent for the right person. You'll be working directly with the founder. Travel at times throughout South Florida is part of the job, but your little one is always welcome to tag along.
