The class is led by an incredible pediatric physical therapist (Miss Dayle, at Rise & Shine) with decades of experience, in her adorable, welcoming space. She’s already familiar with your minis’ ages and will tailor the class specifically to where they are developmentally.

You’ll be guided through tips and hands-on techniques to support your baby’s milestones through music, movement, and play, including:
✨ Making tummy time more enjoyable
✨ Building head control, rolling, and sitting independently
✨ Supporting crawling, transitions, and pull-to-stand
✨ Cruising and early independent steps

It’s such an empowering session where you’ll walk away with tools you can actually use at home.

Afterward, you’ll have time to stay, relax, and connect with the other mamas in the space 🤍
